David Kraft:
The bottom line is that I never would have even considered buying a house as an option if I hadn’t known the quality of people that Kurt and Kris were. My expectations, stemming from my personal knowledge of their character, was high before I began the process with them, and after more than a year of working with them, my respect for them only grew. Throughout the process and especially since closing, my friends and peers have repeatedly come to me as a source of knowledge of the housing process and I jump at the chance to credit Kurt and Kris, their unique and thorough process, and how I never would have even considered buying a house if it hadn't been for their help.
The only thing I regret in the process is that due to where I ended up buying, I wasn't able to close with the two of them as my realtors. I haven't and wouldn't ever think of referring friends or acquaintances to any other realtor. I think that it would be time wasted on inferior service. While my experience with the new realtor wasn’t anything bad, he even remarked on numerous occasions on how well prepared and knowledgeable I was for a first time home buyer and I can only credit that to the Kuykendalls and the process they required me to step through. Finally, I know that my time with them was not unique as other friends were dealing with bad realtors in the area and it seemed foreign to me that a realtor wouldn’t help their client the way the Kuykendalls would and I strongly encourage anyone looking to buy their first or 5th house through this duo of experienced professionals.
